Cancellation policy

Deposits are refundable when cancellations are made 5 days before the day of arrival

We require a minimum notice of 2 days before 5 pm on the day of arrival or 1 night will be charged for in full

When 2 nights are reserved, we require notice of 3 days before 5 pm on the day of arrival or 1 night will be charged for in full

When 3 nights are reserved, we require notice of 4 days before 5 pm on the day of arrival or 1 night will be charged for in full

Please note:  We will always try to re-let the room, and in the majority of cases given reasonable notice we are successful and as a consequence don't need to charge for the one night in full
